Shipping
We ship worldwide. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Free standard shipping on orders over $120.
Tracking is emailed as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
International orders
International customers are responsible for any import duties or taxes charged on delivery. Delivery times vary by destination.
Returns & exchanges
Unopened keycap sets and accessories can be returned within 30 days for a refund or exchange. Artisan caps and clearance items are final sale.
